Note: This package is specifically designed for previous subscribers who have already been enrolled in the Takil o Ten7af Nutrition Center. It is not suitable for new clients. If you subscribe and it is confirmed that you have not been a previous subscriber, you will be required to pay the price difference, as the amount paid is non-refundable.

This meal plan was designed to give you the freedom and flexibility to achieve any goal you want (weight maintenance, weight gain, weight loss, habit change. etc.) in a smooth and easy way with no pressure. The plan consists of a variety of food, which will allow you to understand the correct amounts for your body and your goal. The plan is designed based on the caloric requirement of the goal you select, and it is unique in its flexibility and diversity.

Note: This plan is not suitable for weight loss for people with  diabetes, heart failure or kidney failure, children under the age of 12

Package Features:

• One flexible and varied meal plan sent as a written message via WhatsApp (includes 5–7 meals depending on your needs, each meal includes 2–4 options)
• One-month subscription via WhatsApp
• Responses to inquiries once a week (you can send your questions throughout the week and they will be answered once weekly — a total of 4 responses during your subscription)
• If you wish to renew, you’ll receive a discount, and the renewal price will be SAR 200
• Membership continues without interruption
• The package does not include follow-up by a specialist, only responses to your inquiries during the subscription period

Note:

After the payment process, the paid amounts cannot be refunded in all cases, and therefore the amount paid for the service will be in the wallet of your membership in Takil o Ten7af Center for a maximum of two months.
