Whole wheat flour
Whole wheat flour is a good replacement for white flour, as it contains the wheat husk and makes its digestion much slower. This means that it would raise the blood sugar much slower than white flour, which makes it suitable for people with insulin resistance, PCOS, diabetes and thyroid problems.
This flour is unique in that it is easy to use and quite flavorful, and can be used in all kinds of pastries, cakes and baked goods.
