 القطر او الشيرة يصنع عادة من السكر الابيض، مما يجعله عالي في السعرات وعالي في كمية السكر وبالتالي من الصعب ادخاله في النمط الغذائي المتوازن الا بكميات بسيطة. ولكن عند استخدام الشيرة او القطر الخالي من السكر (الجلوكوز)، فيمكننا تناول كميات اكبر بسعرات اقل من نفس اصناف الاكل. 

العلبة تحتوي على 350 مل من القطر وهي مناسبة لجميع انواع الحلويات مثل الكنافة والبسبوسة واللقيمات. وبامكانك اضافة نكهة عليها عن طريق اضافة الزعفران او ماء الورد للعلبة.

Normal sugar syrup is made out of straight white sugar, and is high in calories and sugar. This makes it hard to consume it in high amounts in a balanced lifestyle. This product is a good replacement for normal sugar syrup, as it is made with sweeteners and is sugar free and low in calories.  

The jar contains 350 ml of syrup, and is suitable for all types of desserts like Kunafa, Basboosa and Lugaimat. And it can be flavored with Saffron and/or rose water.
